"Kevin Condon and his team have been exceptional to work with. In early March 2026, our home sustained hail damage to both the roof and siding. After our longtime State Farm agent of 30 years retired, we found ourselves navigating this situation with a new claims handler and initially encountered some challenges. After sharing our concerns with Kevin’s office, they responded promptly and took immediate action. A local State Farm claims inspector was scheduled to visit our home the very next week. Following the inspection, our claim was approved and payment details were provided within 40 minutes. We are truly grateful for Kevin’s integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout this process. He made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.
